Returns Eligibility: We accept returns for the following reasons:

  1. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we will gladly accept its return.
  2. Order Error: If we shipped you the wrong item, we will provide instructions for returning the incorrect product and sending you the correct item.
  3. Quality Concerns: If you believe the product quality does not meet your expectations, you can request a return within [5] days of receiving the item.

Returns Procedure:

  4. You will receive instructions on where to send the item. Please pack the item securely to prevent further damage during return transit.

Conditions for Returns:

  1. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

  3. Returns without an RA number or returned beyond the specified timeframe may be refused or subject to additional fees.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Items not in their original condition or with missing parts.
  • Custom-made or personalized items, as outlined in our Custom Order Policy.
  • Items that have been used, installed, or altered from their original state.

Shipping Costs: We do not refund original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.
