Returns Eligibility: We accept returns for the following reasons:
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we will gladly accept its return.
- Order Error: If we shipped you the wrong item, we will provide instructions for returning the incorrect product and sending you the correct item.
- Quality Concerns: If you believe the product quality does not meet your expectations, you can request a return within  days of receiving the item.
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team within  days of receiving the item. Provide detailed information about the reason for the return and any supporting evidence, such as photos of defects or damage.
- Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
- If your return is approved, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- You will receive instructions on where to send the item. Please pack the item securely to prevent further damage during return transit.
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund, exchange, or replacement.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
- Items must be returned within  days of receiving the Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Returns without an RA number or returned beyond the specified timeframe may be refused or subject to additional fees.
- Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above may be refused or subject to re-stocking or handling fees.
Refunds and Exchanges:
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used during the purchase.
- Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. The replacement item will be shipped to you promptly.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Items not in their original condition or with missing parts.
- Custom-made or personalized items, as outlined in our Custom Order Policy.
- Items that have been used, installed, or altered from their original state.
Shipping Costs: We do not refund original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.
